Approximate delivery time

We normally deliver all orders within 1-3 days from the date of orders. We deliver 365 days a year, including public holidays. However, in periods of high order volumes, we might take slightly longer to fufill our orders.


Delivery options

- Afternoon delivery (12 noon to 5pm)

- Night delivery (5pm to 8pm)


Track your order

All shipment comes with a tracking number. 

You can find the tracking number in the email sent out when your order ships. Alternatively, you can Log In on our store, navigate to "My Orders" section and find the tracking number there.

Delivery fee

Flat rate of $5 per order. Free for orders above S$50.


What if I am not around to receive my order?

The delivery person would make additional attempts to deliver your order, every day for the next 6 days. After which, your order will be returned to us.

How do I know if my items have been shipped out?

We normally dispatch all orders within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once it ships.


Undeliverable package

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.


Why was my package undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons: 

Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

To update your address from your account, click the "Manage address book" link in My Account. Click either the Edit button or the Delete button above the address you want to change or remove.

Refused by Recipient

If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way!


Problems with an order? 

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? 

If the item has been damaged or is defective follow the instructions listed below for requesting a replacement and making a return.

Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order? 

You can double-check your order by going to My Account, clicking on the "View orders" link and examining the appropriate order. You may also check the packing slip to verify the contents of what was sent to you. If in fact you have received a wrong item, please contact us.

Are you missing an item? 

Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. Visit the relevant order summary in My Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.
