Do you provide self collection?

At the moment we do not provide self collection services.

Do I need to create an account to buy something?

Yes! By creating an account with us, you get to keep track of your purchase history, tracking number, etc. It also saves you of time from having to fill in your address details for every order you place with us.

I did not receive an invoice.
To ensure that we don't get filtered to your spam, add sales@baked.sg to your contact list. If you haven't received your invoice and it hasn't been redirected to your junk folder, please feel free to drop us a message at support@baked.sg. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with your invoice!

What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) via PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to buy from baked.sg?
No. You can pay with their credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) — all without having a PayPal account. Simply choose the "Pay with my debit or credit card" option at the PayPal's payment page.

What currencies do you accept?
We accept all currencies supported by PayPal.

How long will it take to verify my payment?
Verification for PayPal transactions is immediate. You should receive an email to confirm your purchase within minutes after payment.

How do I apply a discount code?
To utilize your discount code, key it in at Shopping Cart page. The revised amount should be reflected accordingly. Terms and conditions apply.


Returns

Does my item qualify for a return?
We accept returns for the following reasons: a) An Incorrect Item b) A Defective Item

How do I make a return?
1) Drop us a message at support@baked.sg to request a return.
2) Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All parts and accessories must be included. All items must be returned in original condition within 7 days.
3.) Using a shipping method that allows tracking and re-delivery (e.g. Ta-Q-Bin courier or Singpost registered mail), send the return package to the address provided on your order slip.
4.) We will follow up with you upon receiving the package.
