Account assistance

We've made it easy for you to view and update your account any time through My Account.

I forgot my password or I can't sign in.

We cannot tell you your current password, but we can certainly help you acquire a new one by sending a personalized link to your e-mail address. This way, you can securely change your password to whatever you want. If you visit us from a computer you have not used before, we will ask for complete verification of your account information before proceeding with the password change. Reset your password now.

Changing Your Name, E-mail Address, or Password.

To change the name, e-mail address, or password associated with your account, sign in to using the e-mail address and password currently associated with your account, and click the My Account Settings link. If you change your e-mail address, all subscriptions and communications preferences will automatically be associated with your new e-mail address. 

Signing Out.

If you are using a public terminal, you will want to log off, or sign out, before you leave the computer. Here's how:

  1. Click the link near the top right of the home page that says "LOGOUT".
  2. Close the browser to prevent your name or personal settings from appearing on the public terminal.

Once you have done this, your name will be removed from the home page, and your personal settings will be inaccessible to anyone using the same computer after you.

We recommend that you sign out only when you feel that you must. If we can't identify you, it will be difficult for us to identify items that might be of interest to you.

Signing In.

To regain access to your saved items or to place orders, you'll need to sign in again.

To log back in to our web site:

  1. Simply click the link that appears at the top our home page entitled "LOG IN."
  2. On the next page, sign in with your e-mail address and password.

The next time you visit our home page, you will once again be greeted by your name.

Updating addresses

Once you've signed in, go to "Manage address book" under "My Account" and click either the Edit button or the Delete button above the address you want to change or remove.

Please also note that any changes you make will apply only to orders that you place in the future.
